How to Choose a Dining Table for Rent in Visakhapatnam

It is important to check the dining room layout rather than measuring the total flat area.

Type/Size	Best for	Room size in sq ft
2-seater dining table	Individuals or couples, small apartments	Under 120 sq ft
4-seater dining table	Small families, occasional guests	120–200 sq ft
6-seater dining table	Larger families, shared living, frequent entertaining	200–300+ sq ft

For a standard 1BHK in Visakhapatnam, the Poise 2-Seater Dining Table & Chairs at ₹450 per month on a 36-month plan fits without crowding the living area.

Buying vs Renting a Dining Table in Vizag

It depends on how long a person is staying in Vizag. A new 4-seater dining table costs between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 if the set is made of metal and wood. A dining set on rent (of the same material) costs ₹839/mo on a 12-month plan.

Cost factor	Renting (Poise 4-seater, 12-month plan)	Buying
Upfront cost	Refundable security deposit only	₹15,000
Cost over 12 months	₹10,068	Full purchase price paid on day one
Maintenance	Free annual maintenance included	Covered by the owner
Exit at end of posting	Free pickup; deposit refunded within 7 days	Resale or relocation costs for packers and movers

Bottom line: For stays of 2-3 years or less, renting a dining table and chair costs less than buying. Buying a dining table and chairs is convenient for permanent residents.
