The Candle Light Project

When it comes to design and decorating, it’s always better to Do-It-Yourself.

For those of you who love lighting up your home, fairy lights are usually the best. However, nothing beats candle light and the mood that it carries with it. Here’s a super simple technique you can use to light up your home.

First things first, get your craft ingredients in place. All you need is a glass (preferably, a round one without too many cut edges), a tea candle; scented if you’re a sucker for good smells, a pair of scissors, a paint brush, fabric glue, and lastly lace (take your pick; go crazy)

Now that you’ve got your items in place, it’s time to get started. Wrap the lace around the glass and see how much of the material you need. Keep half an inch extra, just in case. Mark the length & cut it.

Keep the aside. Using the paint brush, apply glue on the circumference ( not too much, you don’t want lumps of glue popping out weirdly). Now, stick the lace on the glass.

Now just let it dry

And Voila! The Candle Light Project’s complete. 🙂
